CS Nikita Agarwal

CS Nikita Agarwal is the proprietor of the firm. She graduated from Delhi University and is a member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, with more than 9 years of post-qualification experience. She has experience in services related to legal compliance, company law compliance, the incorporation of different types of entities, and compliance related to investments in companies as per FEMA and company law, among others

Mayank Agarwalla

Mayank Agarwalla, the proprietor of the firm, has 10 years of experience in the fields of accountancy, income tax law, direct and indirect taxation. He has extensive experience in handling diverse finance functions, including accounts and audit, direct and indirect taxation, project finance, due diligence, and other allied services. He provides consistent support to the firm on all technical issues.

Ayush Khandelwal

Ayush Khandelwal is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant with over 10 years of experience in fundraising, due diligence, statutory audits, tax audits, RBI audits, and SEBI audits. He has hands-on experience in implementing ERP systems (Zoho Books, Oracle, Finnacle). He led the process of obtaining the NBFC license and OBP License (SEBI). He has been involved in the fundraising process, explaining business models and providing various data cuts to VC funds. He has also completed statutory audits with all the Big 5s.

Ankur Kanoi

Ankur Kanoi is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 5 years of experience in statutory audits, tax audits, and RBI audits. He has hands-on experience in implementing ERP systems. He has been involved in the fundraising process, explaining business models and providing various data cuts to fund houses. He has completed statutory and tax audits with reputed audit firms. Additionally, he has gained over 5 years of experience in conducting audits for tea gardens.
